Not the best experience
This place had potential, but wow, it was pretty rundown. The hallways were a mess with wrappers everywhere, and the pool was closed and looked gross. On the upside, the Mexican restaurant on site was decent! The cold breakfast was a letdown, though, especially the sticky pancakes. Really didn't feel safe with the low lighting outside at night.

I really appreciated the friendly staff upon check-in. They were accommodating and ready to help. The room was fairly clean, with comfortable linens. However, I ran into several issues that really impacted my stay. The check-in process took way too long. it took about 15 minutes even though I had everything pre-registered online. The key cards were a nightmare. I had to go back to the front desk multiple times to get them replaced, and the third set only worked on my room door. The hallways felt dark and uninviting, making it hard to find my way. Also, the cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking, and I found hair on one of the towels? That really grossed me out! Breakfast was a bummer too. there were no hot options available and nothing looked fresh. It seemed like the hotel desperately needs some renovations and a thorough cleaning. I wanted to enjoy my stay since it was close to the event we attended, but those issues made it tough to enjoy fully.

The location was convenient for exploring local attractions, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception. However, the shower did not have great water pressure, and the hallway had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.
